Advise what to use and what to study to solve the following task: it is necessary at some time to modify the list of extensions in a specific outbound rule. As an example, is formed on the disk text file containing a list of extensions periodically, say every three minutes, run some app that writes to the outbound rule this list of numbers. Where to dig?
