Hello. Does the Music on Hold play from the beginning for every caller? There are specific announcements in the MOH that need to be played in sequence...
If I add an announcement then the announcement plays over the MOH so it causes conflicts. So I have one WAV file with everything in the right sequence, but just want to make sure that if I use it, that the first caller won't start the MOH stream, then the second caller won't just hear the hold music on the same stream as the first caller thus not hearing the initial announcement.
I head something about empty.wav but can't find instructions on it.
