MOH Not Playing

I have everyhting configured correctly. MOH is not playing when call is placed on HOLD. Any ideas?

What operating system/hardware are you using? Can you play wave (or the hold music) file(s) through the sound card?

I am running it on SVR2008 Virtual Machine.

Have you enabled the Desktop Experience feature?

Ok, I enabled the Desktop Exp. I then restarted the VM. Now when I call into from an external number, my extension rings once on the handset in the cell I'm using for testing, it then goes to busy signal.
