MOH when transferring

Is there anyway to differentiate what file get's played when a call is being transferred say from a digital receptionist to an extension from what file get's played when you put someone on hold?

I do not believe so as as a hold is a hold is a hold. Hold comes into play in the transfer and when on-hold...........well, you are on-hold.
