Hi everyone,

I have 3CX SMB FREE v20, and I can't find the option to upload my Music on Hold (MOH). Is this because it's the SMB Free version? If so, which 3CX edition should I upgrade to in order to access this feature?

Hi @tikom

On an SMB machine, you cannot change the music on hold. You need to use a dedicated 3CX-hosted / self-hosted / on-premise instance to do so.
