Am using 15.5 3CX

I have tried to set up 2 recordings to be played one after the other but it just plays the first one in a loop. How do I get the system to play one after the other?

I also tried to put the 2 recordings into a playlist but then it started part way thru the first recording?

Any ideas?

Where did you set the 2 recordings? Are you using a queue or the general music on hold of the system?

Keep in mind that MOH plays in a loop so what your caller hears depends on where in the loop MOH happens to be when they call. It does not start at the beginning for each call.

I put the 2 recordings in General MOH
I also put the playlist in Music On Hold Settings

That explains why the playlist seems to start part way through - thanks

i would recommend creating a playlist and using the playlist as the music on hold file. This way the files will play in order.
