IN the 3CX Phone System Manual (V8) it says:
I need some way to monitor my trunk (to Callcentric) to assure that it is registered (see my post in another thread, and yes I know this is a band-aid solution  ). What mechanism is used to provide monitoring? I do not have Windows Server, Microsoft Operations Manager or ActiveXperts. Is there some sort of COM interface that I can use to get to info about 3CX? Or asked another way, what is the mechanism that 3CX provides for "monitoring using your favorite network monitoring solution"?
Then it shows some screen shots of the 3CX admin screens, which don't seem to be related to the above.3CX Phone System is easy to monitor for any Windows administrator, since it behaves just like any other Windows Server application. You can monitor 3CX Phone System using your favourite network monitoring solution, such as for example ActiveXperts or Microsoft Operations manager.
