monitoring tab not showing queue calls on 2.4.0!

It looks like the monitoring cdr on Elastix carries some problems since a long time ago.
This time my version is 2.4.0 and asterisk 1.8.20 although it seems that still doesn't work on asterisk 11.5

That guy is still waiting for an answer since June 2013. I hope you don't find a skull here!
I mean I know someone would say.. come on its free!.. but hey! it has been 9 months now since then.

The problem in my case is as the subject says calls are not shown on monitoring tab for queue recordings (gsm format).
I checked the files are there with correct format and if I go to mysql I can see user-field is empty on queue calls, and not on normal outgoing calls. If this is an asterisk issue please help, I upgraded a copy on the server to asterisk version 11.5 and the problem persists.
