Where can I begin? We have several PBX, mostly on-premise. Running in our location, sometimes running on the location of the client, so on-premise.
Using V18upd8 (build 939), but it is already going on since some months.
We are using desktop phones Yealink T46S, T48S, T46G, ... and others, but, indeed, always Yealink (maybe the problem is by using these hardware).

Issue:
When there is a call from outside and coming from a mobile device the quality of the call is more and more "difficult", meaning the call is hardly understandable.
Sometimes we ask at the caller to hold the mic of the mobile device in front of the mouth and it is sometimes better. But not always.
The difficulty is in the quantity. Sometimes the call is bad, sometimes it is kind of good.
Sometimes it is so bad we hang up and call the caller back. And the call is absolutely better and we can continu the chat.

Now, some, not all of them, are beginning to ask that same question. Is there something wrong with the 3CX PBX?

Have you, 3CX users, also these annoyings?
And what could we do about it? Playing with the codecs? Per extension?

Thanks for your feedback......

Kind regards

So what you're saying is you have several PBX installs that are displaying the same problem?

You need to ask yourself what is the same?

Whats the hardware? How are phone provisioned? Do they all have the same SIP provider?

Is the firewall test passing?

*777 perform this echo test - is this ok?

For the same of testing I would get a SIP trunk from another supported provider.

Im also assuming when you say "coming from mobile" you dont mean the 3CX mobile app.

It would appear to be networking and or a voip provider issue.

Just to clarify, it was mentioned that the issue is with call quality and is related with mobile phone call and Yealink devices.
Using the 3CX Web Client or Desktop App the issue is the same?
Also normal local calls or extension calls have the same issue?

Also you did not mention what VoIP provider you are using....
