We are using a Dell R510 server with RAID 1 for the C: drive (local system) and a RAID 10 for the D:
When we installed 3CX we installed on the D: but the database and other files are on the C:. I dont know what I missed when installing, but I never saw any area where you need to specify for both, just the one time and I thought that would cover it. Apparently not. How can I move this with minimal downtime and with ease?
The recordings are on the D: but we have not used those yet. The application is alson on the D: drive. But finding that all the rest is under c:\programdata\3CX. I would definitely like to have voicemails and prompts on the D:.
Any help is appreciated.
Thank you,
