move call from deskphone e.g windows client to mobile client

we get more and more requests from our customer to move the call from the deskphone of windows client to de mobile client.
example. an incoming call is answered with the deskphone of the 3cx phone for windows client, but the callee want to walk around or needs to leave the office, then he would like to move the active call from the deskphone or 3cx phone for windows to the app on his mobile device.

Call parking doesn't solve this problem?

Just transfer it to the the extension you are on and make sure the multiple calls setting is enabled. We do this.
