Move from hosted to Self-Hosted

Due to the limitations of hosted versions of 3CX V20, I am moving to Self-Hosted. Is there anything I need to do other than install my licenses on the self-hoosted version and shut down the hosted version?

Looks like I'm unable to move. Time to find a new provider I guess. I'm not going to spend the money buying another license.

Contact customer support before blaming the system. It's meant as a protection. Did you shutdown the hosted VM before doing the restore?

Correct, you need first to stop the 3CX Hosted machine in order to proceed.
