I need to find out how to move the extensions contact list to the shared company phone book. We have a client that has added a large number of contacts to the personal phonebook of their extension, and as there is no documentation on company phonebook access in V20 we had no way of knowing they didn't have access to the Company Phonebook until it was too late.
Redoing the contacts is NOT an option as there are simply to many and spread across multiple extensions that need to be consolidated, and to make sure this doesn't keep happening.
We need a solution to either merge the phonebooks or export from personal and import to the Company, as the client is already not happy about loosing the ability to manually switch in and out of hours from their handset that they had with the old system, and that we could do in v18, but as this is a new system we had to go to v20 even though the software is not finished or ready.
