Move to 3CX Hosted

Hi there,

A client has asked us to test out moving an on prem 3CX system to 3CX Hosted System.
They have a satellite office in India and I'm wondering if there is a way to test the latency from the hosted system to India.
On prem is currently hosted in Canda so would like to keep it in Canada if possible.

Hosting will be determined based on the license details, so in this case probably hosted in Toronto on 3CX Hosted.

You can test the latency by spinning up a temp VM in DigitalOcean in the TOR datacenter, and ping its IP from a device in India. Should give you an idea. (Remember to open ICMP in the firewall.)

its better to host near data-center! where is the most users? in India office or Canada office? and trunk is from which country?

If you have both country trunks and both office staff, better host both country and bridge or sip trunk between both 3cx through vpn tunnel.
