Move to Debian on OVH

What should have been a simple exercise to move 3cx V15 to Debian on OVH has been a huge time killer. Now, I’m getting the dreaded “license_error.MacLimitReached”. I’ve been using 3cx for 6-7 years now with little trouble. I've tried releasing my FQDN from my license with no luck. I've rebuilt my vps four times with no luck. Do I have to buy support to have a tech at 3cx resolve a license issue?

Hello there,

This error has nothing to do with support, to resolve this you will need to contact sales as you have activated the same key too many times on different machines or your mac address keeps changing.
Unfortunately only sales can solve your issue
