Moved Call Recordings

Hello community,

I have moved call recordings to block storage, previously I have done this, amended permissions and then reindexed the location and all has worked fine. This is my first time doing this on V20. New recordings are working fine (so I know it's not permissions), but when I try to download the old ones I get the following message: "File not found or not accessible" Now it appears that the parameter to reindex recordings doesn't work either. (RECS_SYNC_REQUIRED - 1 )

Any suggestions please!

Where is your 3CX server hosted? If Amazon, I may be able to offer an alternative approach going forward.
