Hi,

I have moved a 3CX install from the Google Cloud to a server on site and it is OK however I believe it takes a few hours for the FQDN to register to the new IP address of the 3CX? I believe I am in this period at the moment. My 3CX is failing the firewall test on nearly all ports however the customer ensures me that all the port forwarding has been done. Could the firewall test be failing because the FQDN hasn't registered the new IP address yet or would this be unaffected?

TIA.

The firewall test does not affect the registering of the fqdn. During the installation, did it register the fqdn and ssl certifcate ?

Have you switch off the Google 3CX server ?

Thanks for your help, it took about an hour for everything to work properly. Interestingly it failed the firewall test on nearly everything for about half an hour and then all of a sudden it passed without the customer even being logged into his firewall to check the port forwarding settings so nothing had changed in that time.
