Hi everyone,
if I try to move an external call directed to a RingGroup in the manager panel, it doesn't work. I can't select the incoming call with the mouse. It works without any problems when a call comes in to an individual extension.
All participants and the RingGroup are in the same department, and all have the "Receptionist" role. Am I overlooking something?
This worked perfectly with the old v18.
Example: Call to a ring group (nothing happens when I try to grab it with the mouse...)
Example: Direct call (The call can be moved with the mouse...)
