MS Teams Integration 3CX v20

Hi!

I upgraded to V20 yesterday. The existing Microsoft Teams integration was transferred without any problems. Unfortunately, the "Teams Direct Routing" tab in the Microsoft 365 integration is missing, so I can't download any new userscripts.

Does anyone have an idea or a direct link?

Am i correct in thinking that teams integration will be available (not as a beta) on v20.RC3?

Thanks Charles, i suppose i asked incorrectly. the live prod version of v20, will that support teams integration - currently i'm testing it on v18 (but it's in beta)

Yes, it will; it has already been added to the RC4 version and will be available when it is fully released.

Hi,
One of my clients with 8SIM ENT hosted on 3cx approached me for Teams integration. They want to use Teams instead of 3CX softphones on their smartphone.


This is their Microsoft 365 licensing screenshot. Can you please tell us what is the minimum requirement besides this license for Teams integration? I was not able to understand reading this (https://www.3cx.com/docs/microsoft-teams/)
