Is there someone who provides 3cx as an MSP that would be willing to discuss their pricing model? We're a small shop and have to this point sold equipment outright and provided service/support as needed, but we need to move to a modern subscription model and I'd like to get some direction on how people are currently doing that. Thanks in advance.

I think what most resellers do is add points on hardware (phones), and contract maintenance. Example, charge $2.5/port/month and bill for the year. On the top of that, you bill every time your customer needs you to do an add/change/remove..

We charge $5/Ext to manage everything, unlimited calls, unlimited changes.

But in your case, you are reselling the SIP trunk too I assume?

I think unlimited calls means calls in for support, not unlimited phone calls. But there's no need to reinvent the wheel here. If you want to sell hosted phones, then you can go to any of the big guys websites like Ring Central or 8x8 for an idea of pricing.
