Muliple Skype accounts and 3cx

Hi there everyone. We have a 3cx system which we have configured with one skype account. When people connect to the skype account the call is routed by 3cx server to our receptionist. What I would like to know is it possible to have multiple skype accounts set up with 3cx so that if the primary skype account is already in use with an incoming call can we configure 3cx and skype to accept the next call that may hit our primary skype account and pass it on to the free skype account that is not in use. So for example skyp1 account is live with a call, another call is made to the skype1 account whilst this account is in use with the first call, 3cx/skype detects that skype1 is busy and forwards the call on the any available skype accounts we have set up?

There is something missing here, type of calls - incoming or outgoing? Because for incoming calls, the behavior above (if I properly understand) may be accomplished using the standard "master-based" gateway configuration. For outgoing calls, it should be possible by configuring PBX.
