Say I have a hosted instance of 3CX in the cloud. What is the best way to accomplish phones at multiple offices and at the same time, QoS for those same phone calls? I know one option would be an EdgeMarc with QoS turned on but it seems those are licensed for a certain number of concurrent calls? Is there anything similar to that? Thanks The solution i am looking for is a generic one that can also be applied to a remote location for an on premise instance.

Just use a 3CX SBC per site (50 phones per SBC - upgrade to this number coming soon) for security and deploy proper 802.1q QoS techniques at layer 2 and diffserv at later 3.

3CX can even provision phones with a DSCP code now and priority tag.

Edgewater networks do provide a nice solution however as you say maybe prices will get quite high over multiple sites.

An EdgeWater 2900E Cloud-2-Edge is licensed for (300) concurrent calls @ $25.00 per month. PLUS you get access to the management portal which allows you to do packet captures and alerting, reporting, etc.
Pretty cost effective.
