I have a 8sc system cloud hosted debian newest version, the client has 2 physical locatoins. I have multiple dids available setup to my single trunk, I have 2 inbound rules that push calls to 2 different extensions. When I call both did's, they continue to direct calls to the same extension as the first inbound rule.

Any idea what I'm doing wrong to get this 2nd location to take calls correctly?

*edit*

These numbers are currently forwarded to the did's 3cx is using. If I call the did's directly everything works perfectly fine. Any idea what spectrum (the original number) is doing to screw up forwarding calls to our dids on our 3cx?

Check the incoming number format from your sip provider - check the activity log.

The format in the ddi rule is probably incorrect , change ddi rule to the correct format

Note : you can use * in the number for example *56789 will match 123456789

Thanks! :) Got it. The provider was passing it off as the initial call number. Just had to make an inbound rule for that number and it's all good now!

Funny thing, Spectrum enterprise via fiber PRI vs Spectrum coax voip, they handle call forwarding 2 different ways :)

Glad to hear you got this sorted!

Please feel free to start a new thread should you need anything else!
