Solved Multi tenant/company MCM feature on 3CX hosted

Just installed a trial of 3CX hosted 4SC PRO instance however I can’t find multi-tenant MCM functionality. It doesn’t show user and system extension ranges. Also, I can’t find MCM under System Parameters. The build is Version 20.0 Update 2 (Build 715 Release). Is there something I am missing?

The other question is if MCM would be good for this scenario?

COMPANY-Z—Department-Main
The three departments of company X would like to see each other’s presence.

With the MCM, you can only have 1 department.

Also, in order to setup the MCM, you will need to have an on-premioses, or self hosted instance, which will let you upload your setupconfig.xml file to activate your MCM

Ah Ok, that solved the mystery. Thanks for the clarification Nicholas. Do you know if MCM feature is planned to be rolled out to 3CX hosted solution in coming months? Need to buy some licenses now and any such info would help with the decision.

No, because you will maintain the entire aspect of the machine. From its hosting and its configuration.

The Hosted by 3CX is only for dedicated instances.
