Solved Multi Tenant Registration Issues

We purchased a new Multi Tenant license last week. I am attempting to install the new system.

I am in my portal, and I see the license key - 3CXP Pro, 16 SC. It is not registered to any FQDN or system. I go to Downloads and select "Install" under Debian for #CX Multi Tenant. It brings me to a screen where it lists my available licenses, and no combination of search parameters brings up a license to use.

Am I missing a step?

My initial answer was no but now seeing it might have been used previously - i am assuming now that is my issue. Does it need to be "refreshed" in 3CX system?

As per ou conversation seems the key was first activated on a non-Multi-Tenant environment/system. All sorted
