Multi trunk with two different IP address

How to specify IP that will be used for response on VoIP provider when you have more than one trunk with different IP.

I have two trunk with different vlan , one is with public IP and other with private IP. I want to response with public IP on trunk that is with private IP.

Look in the Options tab of the trunk - there are several IP fields/options.
