v20 no longer allows Users to pick up calls using *20*. This is needed for operations.
Receptionist role can, so I need to amend all users to Receptionist.
The Role selector is on the user General Tab. If I select more than one user to edit the role, the General tab is not there.
My question, am I expected to go to 400+ extensions to change this one at a time, or is there any way to edit these extensions in one go? We have six 3CX installs. This is just one.

When can we expect to be able to edit the role powers ourselves so we can set what we need?
