Multicast after V16 upgrade not working

Our Multicast Paging worked fine in V15. After the upgrade to V16 not so much anymore. The call log shows: "Not Answered" and all the phones play on-hold music.

I am bit of a loss what happens and how to fix this.

Have you tried creating a new multicast extension with the same parameters?

Re-created it and same thing
