I had to change the interface on my 3CX installation. It maintains the same IP address and everything seems to be working fine, except PnP multicasting. The route is not in the group for the interface under the join list.

Short of a reinstall of the 3CX server client, how can I fix this? I can work around this by manually going to the phone, setting the SIP PnP address directly to the server IP, and then rebooting the phone. This however is a big pain when trying to do multiple phones. As seen below, I need it listed under interface 25, not just interface 1. I'm certain this is why phones aren't appearing.

Thanks in advance.

Hello @jmatano

You will need to re-arrange the network interface priority and set the required interface on the lowest priority. Also disable all interfaces that are not in use. You will then need t restart the machine and see if that worked.

I only have the one interface, but it is a different interface then what was on the system. Look at the screenshot, interface 25 is the interface in use, but it doesn't have 224.0.1.75.

Essentially I need to know if it is possible to add 224.0.1.75 to interface 25.

Try disabling the auto metric of the interface and setting it to 1. Then restart the machine and see if that works.
