I have several Polycom Soundpoint, Polycom VVX 410 and Snom PA1 phones that all work if they are in a ring group but if I try using multicast paging, I have no success.
I can page from one handset to the others using the local paging option, but when I try to call the multicast paging group extension, I see a connection in the logs but the handsets never pick up the page. So I know the multicast settings are configured correctly because I can confirm the handsets can hear each other.
In the logs I see the call come in to the correct extension, the virtual extension for the paging group respond and after I disconnect, I see No RTP packets were received. The exact sequence is below. Anything else I can look at? I've also tried changing to a different Multicast address, a different port and used several codecs, all without any luck.

[MS105000] C:28619.2: No RTP packets were received:remoteAddr=127.0.0.1:40436,extAddr=0.0.0.0:0,localAddr=127.0.0.1:7144

Just because handsets can hear each other means nothing...
Do you have the multicast listener setup on each device - like 239.0.0.1:50001
Then either in 3cx or via blf to do a multicast page to that ip?

What ip are you currently using?
Also check multicast codec on device matches what 3cx is sending.

I took 3cx out of the equation by paging directly from the phones...but not all have this ability.
