multiline tapi,installation error

i get the following error when i try to install the multiline tapi plugin :

Hello @hanstps

Please try disabling any antivirus software currently running on the PC and try again. Also make sure that windows is up to date and no updates are pending.
Make sure that you have MS VC++ 2010 redistribuables x64 installed on the PC. You could also try re-installing them to exclude that as an issue.
Finally try to re-download the installer in case something was corrupted during the download.

Hello @hanstps,

Please ensure that you're installing this in a 64 bits operating system, as the Multiline TAPI service provider is not available for 32 bits.
