A new update of our popular web conferencing feature has been released and packed with new features that will make your web conferencing experience seamless and effortless. Since this update we've had at least one user getting a "Web Router Failed" message when they try to initiate a webmeeting from the softphone on macOS. Do they need to clear any browser cache, cookies, or is there a softphone update needed?

Try clearing your browser cache.

Great stuff here. Auto Gain control is a welcome feature.

WOW. We have avoided using 3CX Web Conferencing due to the fact you had to have the Audio settings correct before starting/joining the Web Conference. You had to change settings on the browse, Windows Volume Mixer and then hope it worked. We had people trying to connect for 10 minutes after the conference started. This new "Multimedia Settings" option means you can no compete with the Big players, such as Skype and WebEx. At Last! You may find more go for Enterprise just to allow more users. With lots of little Web Conferences we could hit the 100 (Pro) or even 250 (Enterprise) limit soon!

I noticed that the settings for the audio/video devices are not persistent. Once closed the webmeeting and closed the browser window (in Chrome) I started a new session, , however the settings were back to the standard ones. These settings should remain the same as I don't want to change them everytime again.

Additionally I had my company logo on the main page, but with this update it is gone!

Additionally I would like to vote for the following features:
1. Make it possible to join from my own 3CX webmeeting another H264 videoconferencing meeting, so not being forced to use another H264 client, but just use 3CX as a real VC endpoint client

2. Customize the UI to my own company design with own company logo

3. For visitors entering the webmeeting, it would be a nice option to get a pre-recorded introduction video which welcomes the attendee by a short video/logo/text

Additionally I had my company logo on the main page, but with this update it is gone!

My logo was missing also, I just went into Settings, Conferencing and Delete the logo and re-added it and it worked.

Thanks Jason, I have changed it this way as well, but for an automatic upgrade I would not expect an error here as this will ask for a customer/reseller interaction.

No interaction is typically needed. If any errors occur in regards to the company logo feature, they are usually corrected within 8 hours which is also when the daily WebMeeting meeting data sync occurs.

What happened to being able to link a Conference Bridge to a web-meeting. It was stated to arrive this year.

Anyone else have issues with Could not detect your Webcam? It has always worked for me and I use it often.

We did notice video will work when you 'receive' an invitation link. But does not work when setting up the WebMeeting. Using Chrome and have Allowed access to Camera and Mic.
