Multipe outbound Caller ID with one Exension

Good Morning

We need a solution for 3CX for a existing customer.
The customer has multiple firms an want to call out with different numbers on the same extension.

we have three solutions:
- Multiple Extensions on one Phone for every user (not very good because all extension shown in MyPhone/3CX Phone)
- On Extension for every caller id and register this extension on all phones (bad is, that you didn's see witch user ist calling)
- With outbound rules / then youneed for every number a separate SIP Trunk (not so cheap in switzerland)

Did everyone has a better solution?

I have had some success registering the same SIP trunk Multiple times on one 3CX server. Then as you said tweak the Outbound rules to push the call out the instance of your SIP trunk. Also Make sure you adjust the outbound parameters to out-pulse the proper Caller ID.
