Multiple connection to the same VoIP provider

Hi!

We need to place/receive different calls from different extensions at the same time using the same VoIP line (and of course the same geographical).
I tried to configure our 3CX to do multiple registrations to the same VoIP provider by creating two different VoIP lines using the same account information. Unfortunately the system doesn't allow me to insert a second line with the same telephone number or the same authentication ID.
Was someone able do this?
Is there any other way to do it?

If your VoIP Provider supports multiple "Channels" you would define the amount of channels in the 3CX setup for that Provider.

From the Main Page > Lines > Manage > Select line under "Identification" column > Other Options > Set "Maximum simultaneous calls" to the correct value.

If your VoIP Provider DOES NOT support multiple Channels, this will not help.
