Multiple Contacts in "SearchContacts" Scenario

Hey,

I query contacts through free text search (Contacts/CRM) using my own template. Getting a single contact works, but even if there are multiple contacts trasmitted, the Webclient only shows one contact. I have already packed the contacts into a JSON array like here - but in that way the request to the server ends in a timeout. What does a JSON for multiple contacts have to look like? Unfortunately the reference doesn't provide much information on this. Should I use an array-description way like in the screenshot (it neither works, maybe I am doing it wrong)

Rule should be "contacts.id". Same goes for the variables too.

Not "$.contacts[0].id".

Thanks, I just changed that. But with the JSON mentioned in my first post there ist no contact displayed in the client. Is that JSON correct, or should the array be built in a different way?

Can you show the full XML of your template? There we can see much more than from the screenshot.

Of Course. The display of a single Contact works but if I send multiple contacts in a JSON-Array the "loading" animation of the WebClient runs on and on until the request times out - but my server sent a valid response. I just think I do not form the Array properly for the PBX.

contact.id

But according the the sample JSON response you posted, it should be:
contacts.id
