Hello!

I have the next configuration:

3CX PBX installed lopcally because my SIP Trunk provider requires me to connect to their PBX server via a MPLS VPN. Good, this is configured, working perfectly.

Now, I have ported a number from another national network, and I need to use both numbers, but on the same SIP Trunk added and configured.

My first DID is: 1234 567 890
Second DID is: 0987 654 321

So, how do I make an outbound rule for example, when I call somebody from 3CX using my Extension, to go through DID 1 or DID 2?

I tried to lookup on Google and 3CX Forum, but without success.

Thank you in advance!

As I Said you need to ask to your SIP provider if you can use the 2 numbers and also on which sip field they expect PBX send the number
This is what I sad earlier. My Provider told me that I can use this SIP Connection with up to 5 phone numbers.

this is not what i'm talking about,
  1. the fact is your sip provider is not 3CX supported
  2. So there's no SIP template to set it properly in 3CX trunk sip (you surely set as generic trunk)
  3. Without asking your provider you can't know in which sip field your SIP provider expect you send DID numbers, for sure if numbers are not sent in the right SIP field then default main number from trunk is always displayed.
  4. it can also be blocked by your provider, so another reason to ask
For now do like you want but i think your problem is there, perhaps I'm wrong but if you don't ask your provider we never know and problem stay unfixed.

Problem was solved after the second number was really accepted into my ISP's network. I told that my second phone number was suppoused to the porting proccess, and it completed yesterday.

And now.. It's working.. Due to.. Removal of the "0" before the number.. Only leaving 3657xxxxx it's working...

Thanks a lot for all help! You can consider T/C.
