multiple IP Phone nag screen after exit

i followed instructions on how to exit the 3cxphone client once you have selected the correct IP phone you wish the cti software to control however it continues to nag me each time i log into the pc.

used the instructions on the bottom of the 3cxphone installation windows 3cx.com site provided by @Charalambos Eleftheriou

Saving the 3CXPhone settings does not apply to CTI. The 3CXPhone app will always ask you which phone you want to connect through CTI to, assuming of course you have more than one deksphone configured with the same extension.
