Multiple operator destinations

would like to design a CFD application that would sort incoming internal routed calls, based on the extension's department, and transfer to various extensions based on that sorting.
i have a client with multiple departments, and they wish to route to different operators based on the department. Having trouble settings up the conditions.

Can someone help guide me please?

This is a design I have proposed multiple times in the forums over the years. The CFD needs:

1. Where the call came from (extension)
2. Look up the default department for that extension
3. Look in a table to know which operator is assigned to that department

In order for this to work, you need to make sure you are on the latest Call Flow Designer tool. Some older versions of the tool cannot always identify where the call came from and that is essential for this solution to work.
