Multiple PBXes, one Mobile App

I thought I would check-in and see if there had been any updates to be able to concurrently use more than one 3CX PBX from a single mobile app.

I have a customer that has multiple businesses, so they are naturally, separate PBXes. However, he is involved with all of his businesses, so he would like to be able to participate in all systems.

You can only have one active profile at the same time.

Some android phones allow you to create multiple users on the same device, with their own applications. That might be an option. Though not all android devices behave the same way, or even support this functionality.

Another option is to ask the PBX administrator to enable 'Send email notification on missed call' for the particular extensions.
This would allow him to know if someone tried to call him from the other PBXs.

This setting can be found in Management Console > Users > Search for the User and click > Options and enable 'Send email notification on missed call'
