The "cloud" part is updated semi-automatically, and, that important, not requiring administrative rights. The only problem is a Desktop Components.

Well...so far this cloud approach hasn't worked well. Each version has required you to uninstall and reinstall MyPhone on each client. They have said this will be fixed at some point, but for now, it is a very manual process.

I may be thinking of something different but on my testing PC every update it does automatically and I only need to close and re-open MyPhone to take effect. Same with desktop components, update is ready, close outlook, install, close and re-open. No uninstall necessary and a rather simple process in my opinion.

Considering it is listed as a Known Problem I would assume this isn't working well for everyone.

not necessarily a problem, clear cache problem solved . But unless folks read the whole blog post on the RC they may miss it.

I do not have your confidence that this will be implemented.

We never said we are not doing this. We did not overlook this. We wanted to finish the MyPhone as much as possible making it reliable and stable with one connection first - this is how normal procedures work. We implement global priorities for the community in general based on what we think is most important.

Now that the MyPhone is reliable and working we are going to extend the MyPhone implementing the following features in the following order of priority:

1) Drag and drop - because this affects everyone not only those that need to monitor multiple pbx's. A good % of the community have 1 company - 1 server - 1 office.

2) Columns in MyPhone to improve the viewing of extensions - because this affects everyone not only those that need to monitor multiple pbx's. A good % of the community have 1 company - 1 server - 1 office.

3) multiple tab connection to multiple pbx in Install locally instances - This can wait because the majority have 1 server. However this can also wait because there is a way already to see status - open 2 browsers without install locally or open 2 install locally sessions separately. I am not saying this is going to remain like this - but AT LEAST, Currently you have a way to achieve this. Hence the priority for this goes down.

And this is how a software house makes priorities in the features it wants to implement at the same time remaining competitive.

Your's is not a lone voice. This feature is important. But now these comments are becoming a bit annoying. We are seeing them more as moaning and crying than constructive.

I have just put version 10 on and I have upgrade insurance which has still got 3 months to run yet 3CX tells me otherwise. What is the point of the upgrade insurance if it doesn't let you upgrade?

Contact sales on this. We never had this problem. This is done programmatically. If the grace period of upgrade insurance has expired, then it will return an error informing you that you cannot upgrade.

What is the exact error message? I am asking this because you might have confused error messages with something else which was for example network related. If you post the message you see, I will be able to assist you. Otherwise contact sales and if there is a problem you will have it addressed in minutes.

After installing it had cleared all the license information, the upgrade insurance isn't due to expire until 21st July which is why I have took advantage of getting this upgrade in now. The message appears when trying to add the license information back in it states that the "license key appears to be from a previous version" and then tells me to go to the 3cx webiste. I have now lost all of the features and it has reverted to just those on the free system only.

Is there likely to be a myphone version which includes the multi site funtionality we have with V9 assistant. When V10 was launched this was promised, but nothing so far.

We are still unable to move to V10 due to this, even though there are some V10 features which would be really useful for us - call groups in particualar - but with 3 sites linked via bridges we need intersite presence info. I have tried with three tabs, but this does not work as the tabs cannot be renamed.

This is really important for us - will it come?
