Multitech MultiVOIP Gateway Configuration

Has anyone tried configuring a Multitech MultiVOIP gateway for 3CX? I have a client who has got one, but I have got no idea of how to configure it.

Also, the client is in another country, which makes it a little difficult, since I cannot tunnel into their network.

Any help would be greatly appereciated.
