Multitenant Not Allowing Tenant Specific Admin Settings

Good day

We have setup a 3CX Multi Tenant and we have loaded 1 tenant in the system. The tenant has a requirment to archive all their voice recordings to their FTP server.
If we create a admin for the tenant and we set the role to "Deparment Administrator" and set the deparment for that tenant, once log in with this administrator we can not see any settings under Admin console.

We have 2 tenants who requires their own storage specified for recording archival.

Storage is system-wide.

If the customer needs custom storage, they're capable of paying for a dedicated instance.

Multitenant is for simple needs customers.
