Solved Music on Hold - Can i change it to a custom one?

Good day Experts

Is there a way i can change the Music on Hold? I found that this default one from this file path location.

C:\ProgramData\3CX\Instance1\Data\Ivr\Prompts\onhold.wav

Can i change and put in mine? A custom one?

I found it by Navigating and getting here.

You can upload multiple wav files and playlists by navigating to Settings / Music on Hold. You can then select the file from your Queue / Ivr settings.
The files need to be in a specific format however specified here: https://www.3cx.com/docs/converting-wav-file/
You can also convert your files from the same link

I already have the files in a format that the system wants them to be. I am not getting any Joy with MoH its still playing the default one.

Any Reading i can do on how to set this up or Videos?
