Music on hold for a group

Hoping someone call help.

Set up a group - call queuing . Music hold setup and working ok on an incoming call but when you pickup and decide to place caller on hold. The default 3cx music on hold is played.

Can i change the default music on hold for the groups or on an extension basis when a call is placed on hold. I don't want to to change system wide.

Let's sort this out.

Ring Group objects don't have an MOH setting.
Extension objects don't have an MOH setting.
Call Queue objects DO have an MOH setting.. used when a caller is "queued"

The system's MOH setting is for all other uses.. mainly when a call is "held".
That would include queue calls taken (transferred out to an extension..) and subsequently placed on hold (the system's MOH, not the queue's..).

The situation described matches the system's design. Else, you can submit a feature request.
