Hello,
3CX V. 20 Update 1 (Build 673 Beta)
We have the music on hold set to a blank audio file for one specific call queue, as we don't want any music for this queue. (There is a playlist set at the System level of the PBX itself.)
The call queue is configured that if no agents are logged in, it will transfer to an outside number.
When agents are logged into this queue, the MOH works as expected at the queue level and no music is heard.
If no agents are logged into the queue and the outside number transfer happens, it seems to default to the PBX MOH System settings. (The playlist)
Is this expected behavior? Is there a work around to get no music while transferring to the outside number, short of removing the MOH at the System level?
Thanks.
