Music On Hold on Linksys SPA921/SPA941

Hi,
I'm not really experienced in the world of 3cx - however find the software very intuitive.
I've got one question really, I have two Linksys phones the SPA941 and the SPA921 - when a phone is put on hold internally I get beeps played down the line rather than music. However, when I put on hold an external line they get music. How do I get the music to be played internally as well as externally, or is this not possible?

I find I get music on hold in both cases. I didn't set any particular options in the set itself. I would try changing some of the extension options in 3CX to see if it makes a difference.
