Music On Hold Volume

Is there anyway to tone down the volume of the music on hold. I have been getting reports from clients that their clients are complaining about the volume of the music on hold.

I'm using Sound Editor "Audacity" to reduce volume of music on hold's wave file.

Does anyone know how to do away with Music on Hold totally. I have a client that has requested it. I would think this should be a check box.

Maybe an entry in the ini?

Music on Hold

I recorded my own wave file for music on hold. I imagine if you wanted you could record silence and replace the current file.
