music on hold

we have a ring group with a intro prompt
we have a acall group with a MOH file
the call some in to the ring group prompt plays and then calls are moved to the call group which automatically plays then MOH file.
phone is answered and then the call is placed on hold it plays the generic MOH and not our MOH file.
Where have i gone wrong?

When the call is answered and placed on hold, it will play the global MOH and not the custom used as a prompt to the RG.

if i have a custom MOH selected in the MOH files should it not play this one over the global?

Under Dashboard<<System<<Musiv On Hold you add the global MOH wav file.
Once the call is answered and placed On Hold, this wav file will play.

Under Dashboard<<System<<Musiv On Hold - i added a playlist to music file 2
onc ethe call is answered and placed on hold i get the generic MOH
Music file 1 is used by anther tenancy and works as it should
