Music on hold

Hi,

I just want to ask why is the Music on hold overlapping.

I set music on hold on the general tab and different music on hold on the call queue. It overlaps and it's very annoying.

Is this really the way should music on hold work?

I dont have a system with any queues setup right now...but I am interested in what you mean by overlapping. So your hearing both hold musics playing at the same time?

Hi Net,

Yes my client told me that they experience this twice. The MOH on the General System and the MOH in the queue overlaps.

I suggest them just to monitor and how open it happen.
