Music On Hold

Hey I am trying to change the music on hold for a customer on 3cx but when I upload the WAV file under the music on hold settings it still plays the default on hold music when I test.

Can you provide more details?

What version of the PBX are you running? Have you tried this .wav file on any other PBX and does it work?

It still plays the default on hold music when I test.

Note the music setting for parked calls, and conferences, is different than the setting for hold.
